Emma Empringham
Fourth-year forward Emma Empringham is this week's Lawtons Drugs Athlete of the Week for women's basketball!
According to Head Coach, Mark Forward:
"Emma delivered two strong performances over the weekend, averaging 8 points and 9 rebounds while shooting an impressive 60% from the field. She also earned five trips to the foul line, consistently drawing fouls on opposing players.
In addition to her offensive impact, Emma was tasked with defending some of the most active players on the opposing teams, taking on tough matchups throughout both games. Thanks in part to her efforts, the Mystics remain in sole possession of first place atop the ACAA standings."

Mekhi Paris played a key role in our two home wins over the weekend, scoring a career-high 21 points on Saturday against UKC, followed by another strong showing with 14 points in today’s win over Mount A.
