Sacha Clark

Fourth-year midfielder, Sacha Clark, is this week’s Lawtons Athlete of the Week for women's soccer.

Sacha played a pivotal role in securing the Mystics’ first-place finish and undefeated season, demonstrating her excellent versatility and leadership. This weekend, Sacha scored key goals in both games—one against Holland College and one against DAL AC—while playing a full 90 minutes in each match. Her ability to seamlessly transition between centre back and centre midfield positions highlights her tactical understanding and adaptability. As a leader on the field, Sacha’s impact goes beyond her technical ability, driving the team’s success and setting the standard for excellence.

A Bachelor of Science, Biology student, Sacha is from Dartmouth, NS.

Michael Grechuk

Fifth-year defender, Michael Grechuk, is this week’s Lawtons Athlete of the Week for men's soccer.

According to Coach Florean, "Michael's ability to defend 1v1 and keep the play in front of him is top-class defending. In position, Michael is a big player supporting the build up in our system of play."

A Bachelor of Education student, Michael is from New Waterford, NS.
